12/18 After the Haircut



Joel was NOT pleased with his haircut.

It was Tim's first one,
and really didn't look THAT bad.

But we cut the last of his summer Red hair out.

Do you remember that he got his hair died back in July
when Aunt Rhoda, Aunt Ruth
and the cousins were doing a hair dying fun day?


And it wasn't the haircut that he was upset about.

He LIKED being a cute red head.

Even if there was only a smidgen of it left on the ends of the top of the hair.




Hiding in his closet.






Finally really looking at it in the mirror.




Trying to NOT laugh at his silliness.








Pretending his shirt is his hair.

I did this as a kid too...
don't they all!




Dad checking out the hair cut.




Deciding that wearing his hoodie for the rest of his life
will be a great idea.

Yeah, that lasted most of the afternoon ...
and then he got hot.





MEANWHILE

In the kitchen,

Vannan was busy learning how to
embellish melt and pour soaps.
