10-4 Joel's New Chore Chart and a Pink LaRue
I saw something somewhat like this on a blog,
pinned it to pintrest,
and now we've got one made.
Joel loves turning around the cards, and for each 4 cards that he turns around, he gets a gold coin.
A gold coin can be turned in for computer and TV time,
or junk food,
or other privileges.
LaRue helping Paul climb.
LaRue showing Paul how to climb.
Listening to Kendra read a story ...
while sitting on Joel's school desk.
Actually, this last picture was the next morning.
But those scrunched eyes just crack me up.
Hard to believe that this PJ
was a gift to Vannan for Christmas one year.
Kendra got one too.

Joel’s Clean Bedroom
Except for the cabinet to the left – this is how his room looks now.
After they climbed on top and started jumping at the bed – we removed it.
His creation mural from Jr. Church. Way Cool.
The dresser at the foot of his bed is removable – and we can extend the bed with a longer mattress – just have to get it out of storage.
I’m wondering if it is worth it though, as Joel is now sleeping on Vannan’s bed most nights, and Vannan sleeps next door in the room with Marriana.

Project – Enlarge Joel’s Room AND Move the Couch
Moving the bookshelves was hard work.
We made a HUGE mess. Who knew all this was in that space?
Joel’s Room Before we enlarged it.

Ultimate Flylady Duster
Note the princess hat? She danced and sang and dusted all over the house.
It did a good job - so we were pleased.
But we will still have to clean the old greasy kitchen dust the old fashioned way.
But cleaning the bedrooms was a breeze - and Kendra said she "blessed the world" with big clouds of dust well over a dozen times.

Stopping some Paper Clutter
https://www.catalogchoice.org/signup
Flylady suggested this. If you have signed up for catalogues and now just can't seem to stop getting it time after time - or just don't know how you got on it in the first place, this is a great place to start. And they say if you don't see the catalogue that you are trying to stop, let them know and they will try to add it!
Now isn't that way cool!
