Feeding the Dollies - Oct. 18

Want to share?

The toes ticked me pink.

Too cute.

She borrowed my stool.
She hasn't brought it back.

Oct. 16 - Immitation

Joel enjoys his computer ...

So LaRue enjoys it as often as she can as well.

We all have big water bottles ...

So she likes them too.

Water just seems to taste better when it is somebody else's cup.

This is a bow Aunt Cindy made for
the girls when they were Knee Huggers.

So glad I didn't get rid of them several years ago
as the the girls outgrew them.
She has one in most colors.

The Garden

Kendra's and LaRue's Desks

Vannan at her desk.
Joel's is to the right.
But most of the time, he's sitting beside me.

Our Garden

Oregano

Thyme

Chives

Green Onions

Some of our tomatoes.
Once the 110+ days quit,
our bushes were absolutely loaded with tomatoes.

And the pepper plants began to produce as well.

This is a double bush.
It's HUGE.

Marjoram

Parsley

Sweet Basil

Cinnamon Basil

Mint

Mommy ... I can't get around the bushes!

The jalopenios I accidently bought ... again.

The trees we were given ...
hoping that they will someday provide a little shade in the summer.

Blueberry #1

#2

# 3

Weeds grew just in a small area from watering the trees
and blueberries.

Most of the yard was dry and bare.

Our herbs did pretty well, and we have more than we will be able to use
this year.   But not nearly as well as they did over the last two years.
We have enough to share for Christmas - with family and friends.

Kendra might have enough Basil to sell.
She might have combined the 2 varieties.

Kendra is busily harvesting and drying the herbs.
We are going to try to grow some of them indoors.

Can you just imagine what my house smells like!

for family members / local friends only

Which ones do you want for Christmas?

Let us know, and we'll give you some of
your favorites.
