| And for some strange reason .. the Mommy person got a big kick out of coloring the baby person's fingernails red and blue with her permanent markers. |

| Joel is an inventor. He invented this nifty gadget for babies to play with. They can pretend that they are driving a car. And he's only charging $40 for each one he makes. IF he can find another steering wheel. |

| He was immensely pleased with his solution to the lack of snacks in our house. |

| Joel asked for a "real on my birthday" cake. So Kendra made him one... but we forgot to get sugar to make icing. He was pretty happy with it anyway. And we spread jelly syrup on it for icing later. |

| Kendra wrote a short fairy tale story ...  and took this picture for cover art .. she didn't like it much, and ended up with the one you see above. It's 99c for Kindle. It is hilarious! |
