LaRue isn't much of a baby anymore.
She prefers to eat things like this.
And usually we still cut up her food into bites.
She LOVES to feed herself.
Though she still eats 1 or 2 jars of babyfood each day,
one right before bedtime.
Which minimizes her waking up to eat -
and thereby maximizing the amount of sleep Mommy gets!
She does still nurse for half of her calories or more,
but meals like this one are getting pretty common.
And when she isn't eating?
She's climbing!
Don't worry,
Daddy was right behind her.
But she almost never falls.
She has an amazing sense of balance.
Just like her Daddy.
This is one outfit I was really sad to see her outgrow.
Vannan and Aunt Cindy picked it up for her.
I just LOVED those bright flowers.
