What a patient big brother.

My kindle's battery was failing - so I called in on the warrenty just a few weeks before it expired. They were no longer giving out K3 Keyboards, so I now have a Kindle Touch. I'm liking it, now that we got it all sorted out. The first replacement NEVER arrived. so a week later, they sent a second one... And it FROZE after 3 or 4 hours. so they sent a 3rd one. AND I used our swagbucks to purchase a really nice case for it.

That tiny MP3 player was Joel's favorite until recently. He was VERY absorbed in a new Science show. And rather than stopping the show and setting it down, he came ambling through our narrow trailer completely absorbed, while on the mission of coming to get his laundry and take it to his room (and hopefully put it away). His biggest sister is a bouncer - why walk calmly when you can leap and bounce to your destination. They collided. MP3 player went flying. Since we use it for school, it's loss has been big blow to us. We are talking about getting him/asking for an Android Tablet with a protective case for Christmas. A larger screen and no more conversions of videos will be a welcome change. There are several on him Amazon Wish List that we are considering. If you have one you feel would be a good fit - that we should consider, send me a note about it. Budget is really small. We hope to find one with a SD slot to expand the memory, and under $120.
