Amazon Wish List ... http://amzn.com/w/3849OQHGX54M0
These are IDEAS ... and some are specific. Rue has a mind of her own and she's not afraid to use it. But she doesn't watch TV or go to the stores often ... so her ideas are things she has seen her cousins or friends with ... or has perceived that she needs while playing or going about her day.
Money is still going to be tight this year, as Tim is not getting many basketball games due to his work schedule. But it still should be a better year than the last 5years for us.
She wants this because her cousin has one and she doesn't. It's kind of like those black pads we had as kids, you draw on it and then lift the plastic and write some more. Except this is electronic.
#4 Wish - Strawberry Shortcake Items ... Especially a Honey Pie Horse and Doll.
#5 Wish - Games
Especially 2 player games that she can play with Joel, and balancing games, and versatile games (we can use the board or pieces to play other games or adventures)
#6 Wish - Games for Innotab 2
Over the past month, Rue has become very aware of the fact that her Innotab plays games, and she's figuring out how to play them. So she's wanting more games. We are NOT CONNECTED to the Learn Lodge (as it will upgrade her device and it will be unable to play several of her favorite videos)
there are LOTS of others.
She OWNS the Dora game ....
and we have found they are cheaper at Amazon than Walmart. But if you print the page and take it to Wal-mart, they should price match.
#7 Wish - Penguins!
I'm not sure where this wish comes from. But she suddenly wants Penguin games and bath toys. Go figure. If a kid can wish for it, certainly it should be available somewhere, right??
#8 Wish - K'Nex Building Toys
She wants something that Joel doesn't have, that she can use without asking her big brother. She sings and tells stories while she puts things together - it's fascinating to watch.
There are other ideas on her Amazon Wish List .... LaRue's List if none of these tickle your fancy. She has a list of her favorite snack foods. She needs a size 11 pair of "outdoor" tennis shoes. She needs a dresser (but we need to sell her toddler bed so we have room for it.) She also wants her own hiking stick, butterfly sparkly crafts, and loves books. She's also quite a Winnie the Pooh fan, loves Blue's Clues, Barney, Dora the Explorer, Bear in the Big Blue House, Donut Man, and a variety of other characters that we have VHS tapes for her to watch (or found youtube videos for her Innotab).
