Aug. 11 - 23 = Overgrown gardens, Cleaning Houses, New Beds, and 50th Anniversary

 

August 11

Grandma got most of us new shirts for pictures for their 50th Anniversary. Our family was RED.

Vannan got her room in order ... since then, she's added a LOT of stuff... and a ton of sewing projects.

But it is nice to see it this way, all cleaned up and mostly organized.

Meanwhile, we cleaned out this corner for Rue's bed. Joel's old bed if you look back a few years.

For right now, the bed will go here.

The garden .... somewhere in that overgrowth. Between perfect growing weather, and a lack of tools, weeds got away from Kendra.

Now we have to sell either THIS bed or the baby bed/converted to toddler bed. Rue wants the baby bed so she can have a bunk bed and hide under it.   So, does anyone want to buy this bed? $50 3 drawers and the extension and extended mattress comes with it.           August 13

Water leak = no water in our house. No hot water tank = no hot water in Papa's house.   So the next best thing .... wash the dishes in the tub where there IS hot water. Too funny.         August 18

Celebrating 50th Anniversary of Tim's parents   We had a big shing ding and the whole family was there.   3 sons 3 daughter in laws 4 grand daughters 3 grand sons

One of Tim's Mom's brother and wife came in as well.
