Thank You for our Christmas

This Christmas we didn't have time or money to "do it all" like we normally did (no tree, and no cards - we've never really had big gifts - but often a bunch of little stuff).

My best friends family needed a place to stay while their trailer was moved to their new land (still waiting) - so we have been trying to be good hostesses, and did a ton of babysitting.

We decided to put most of our time and effort into giving gifts.

But the more we gave, the more random gifts were given to us, it was an amazing Christmas!.

Kendra has enough colored pencils for a few years - and gel pens and dipping calligraphy ink as well, and a new water bottle and lunch box she loves, and a case for her laptop, and a bunch of jewelry stuff for her hemp jewelry. ...  Vannan was blessed with 2 lunch boxes - very different styles - that go great together, the camera she wanted in pink, a fiddle book she's been wanting, and not one but TWO pillow pets that she loves, and a new backpack, and the mini-Elizabeth doll that she's wanted for the last several years (it was being discontinued). ......  Joel got lots of drawing books, Hex bugs, Legos, Cars water bottle and lunch box, a walking stick, 2 blankets for his bed, and a science set for school, and his sister's old bike remade for him.  .....  And LaRue got her dolly beds and a buggy and tea sets.  And about a dozen Whimzy pets that she loves.  ...  They have loved all of it - and want to extend a thank you to all of those who made this Christmas one to remember. ...  Hugs and Love to all of you - because I'm not really sure where some of the gifts came from.
