Most of the time, you would hardly know that they are a year apart in age.
Esther is use to keeping up with Matthew and Joel.
Esther is big for her age.
Marriana is small for her age.
So Esther is less than 2 inches shorter and about the same weight.
But they totally enjoy playing together on Thursdays while they watch Bethie ride horses.
And it gives me an extra hour to work with the boys at their level of Preschool/kindergarten.
Both boys are doing very easy beginning reading. Matthew sounds out words - Joel sight reads.
So while Esther and Marriana play house and pose for pictures,
the rest of us do school.
Except some times - like yesterday
Karen took ALL of the little ones to play
and I worked with the 3 BIG GIRLS.
