This was a bit harder for the little ones than I had anticipated.
Probably because youngsters no longer learn to tie their shoes at ages 3 and 4,
so they don't get the practice in tying knots ...
since the blessing of Velcro shoes.
Later, Kendra used her crochet hook to make loops,
then slipped the stems into the hoops
to make a thicker garland.
They were quite pretty.
