Rhoda's boys went to the pumpkin farm and brought home pumpkins.
Somehow, I never got pictures of their clever pumpkins.
But Joel called Grandpa.
And Grandpa brought Joel a pumpkin of his own.
So Joel and Papa made a happy pumpkin man.
And all the boys learned a very sad lesson -
pumpkins that are carved into faces spoil.
No pumpkin pie.
But is was really squishy gooy in the inside.
Joel thought it was cool to look inside with the lanturn.
I should have turned off my flash.
I am learning a great deal about taking pictures these days.
