we did Resurrection Eggs
and watch
Miss Patty Cake.

Even the big kids get to hunt for candy.
Somebody offered $10 to the person who
found the MOST
baby snickers bars.

After everyone counted,
his SON had the most.

So they gave the same prize to the second most
Snickers Bars.

LaRue wanted to sit with the big kids and do the play
that Vannan had written.

I was totally shocked when she not only
WENT
to the front of the church,
but she also
STAYED
there!

It was basically just the story of the Crucifixion
and Resurrection.
With a lot of Bible Reading
and songs.

But at one point,
Joel had to get up,
pretend to chop off somebodies ear,
give Kendra a kiss,
and grabbed Kendra's hand to fix the ear.

He was being a kid trying to "explain" the story
that was being read.
